We have inserted a field on your KC (under Edit Profile) whereby you can enter an email address to where we should forward any member complaints we receive. Here’s what it looks like.
Let’s go through the member’s experience. When a respondent is in a survey, he or she has an opportunity to view our FAQ that addresses common respondent issues (cookies, system requirements, error messages). Here’s how a member finds the FAQ:
If your member’s question is not answered by the FAQ, he or she has the opportunity to send us a comment via this page:
We have been working on building the capacity to forward you these comments, but as you can see, that day has now come.
